We’ll explore the ancient history and traditions of sumo, uncover its deep links to the Shinto religion, and reveal the real day-to-day life of a sumo wrestler.
Our former top-division professionals and highly ranked amateur wrestlers (rikishi) will demonstrate morning exercises, showcase winning techniques (kimarite), and battle it out to claim the day’s championship. Select audience members will even enter the dohyo, try some exercises, and take on a real sumo wrestler!

相撲の古代の歴史と伝統を探求し、神道との深い結びつきを明らかにし、相撲力士の実際の日常を紹介します。
元幕内力士や上位のアマチュア力士（力士）たちが、朝稽古のエクササイズを実演し、数々の勝ち技（決まり手）を披露し、当日のチャンピオンを賭けて戦います。選ばれた観客の方々は土俵に入り、エクササイズを試し、本物の相撲力士と対戦することもできます！
